Must be at least 18 years of age have a high school diploma or GED.
– Have one year of experience in a center or two years’ experience in a family child care home or complete 20 clock hours of training in child development within the first 5 to 6 months of employment
– Have CPR, First Aid, Criminal background check, and TB test.
Job Description:
– Planning and executing an educational program of age-appropriate activities for children in care and identifying each child’s individual capabilities and needs
– Creating a learning environment assuring the welfare, health, and safety of the children in the groups
– Organizing and maintaining classroom activity areas, materials, supplies, and keeping the Director advised of equipment and materials that need to be repaired and replaced
-Maintaining constant supervision of children
– Taking daily attendance and keeping all required reports pertaining to the group.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
