Lead Water Damage Technician – IICRC Certified

Seeking an experienced Lead Water Damage Technician to join our growing mitigation team. This position is ideal for a technician who is familiar with insurance program work, emergency response, and managing water damage projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Respond to water, mold, and emergency mitigation losses.
- Perform water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, monitoring, and daily documentation.
- Complete moisture mapping and drying reports.
- Utilize MICA/Mitigate software for project documentation and job management.
- Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, property managers, and office staff.
- Follow IICRC S500 standards and company procedures.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation for emergency response.
- Requirements
- Current IICRC WRT Certification (ASD preferred).
- Experience with insurance program work (TPA/vendor programs).
- Working knowledge of MICA/Mitigate software.
- Strong understanding of structural drying and moisture detection equipment.
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to pass yearly background screening with no misdemeanors or felonies for the previous 8 years
- Able to pass pre-employment & random substance testing.
