Looking for an Instructional Designer or Learning Content Developer
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite
Hybrid contract opportunity is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with Des Moines, Iowa also available as a work location
Duration: 12+ months with extensions possible
Pay Rate: $65/hr on W2

Will be part of the Operational Readiness team for CCaaS, supporting global contact center technology upgrades that will be impacting ~40,000 call center agents
Focus is on training at implementation + ongoing learning support
Rolling out Five9 (cloud-based platform) modules
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and optimize existing training content
Identify what to retain vs. sunset; improve efficiency (current change cycle is slow)
Develop a suite of bite-sized learning modules that:
Demonstrate process flows
Guide agents on new technology usage
Rebuild existing PPT/video content using Epiplex (process flow-based training)
Support multiple rollout waves throughout the year
Operate as the primary developer with support from the broader team
Required / Preferred Experience
Experience with Epiplex preferred (or similar process documentation/training tools)
Contact center experience highly preferred
If not, must have experience building learning solutions for large, geographically distributed, virtual audiences (30,000+ audiences)
