Overview

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist with a strong interest in AI to join our global team. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to build scalable learning solutions that enhance both technical and leadership capabilities across the organization.

As the company is actively embracing AI across all functions, we are seeking someone with relevant experience to help lead this transformation from a learning and capability perspective. You will play a critical role in enabling the organization to upgrade its capabilities with AI, embedding AI-driven ways of working, and supporting the evolution toward a truly future-ready organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to identify capability gaps, especially in technical, AI, and data-related domains, and design targeted learning solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end L&D programs, including:
  • New hire onboarding (with technical ramp-up focus)
  • Leadership development programs for tech managers
  • High-potential talent development initiatives

Design and implement tech-enabled learning experiences (e.g., LXP, AI-driven learning tools), ensuring scalable and engaging learning journeys across global teams.

  • Build structured learning paths for technical roles (e.g., engineering, data, AI, risk/quant), collaborating with SMEs to translate complex topics into effective training content.
  • Establish and continuously optimize learning effectiveness measurement frameworks (e.g., ROI, capability uplift, business impact), with strong data tracking and insights.
  • Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders by connecting learning initiatives with business outcomes, and driving continuous improvement in organizational capability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in a global, matrixed environment, ensuring alignment and strong execution across regions and teams.

What We’re Looking For

Core Capabilities

  • Solid experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development
  • Strong understanding of technical or AI-related learning domains (e.g., engineering, data, AI, product, risk systems)
  • Ability to translate business and technical needs into scalable learning solutions
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring learning effectiveness
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Experience & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (HR, Psychology, Education, Computer Science, or related fields preferred) Prior experience in tech companies / AI companies / internet platforms is highly preferred
  • Experience in delivering global or cross-regional L&D programs is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools, digital learning platforms (LXP), or learning technologies
  • Strong project management skills with proven track record of program delivery

Language & Other Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken); Mandarin is a plus
  • Professional, resilient, and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in designing technical capability frameworks or competency models
  • Hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI tools in learning design
  • Background in engineering, data, or technical training
  • Experience working in global, remote-first organizations
