Shift: 5×8 Days
Pay: $2,200 weekly gross
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide comprehensive mental health services in a dynamic healthcare setting, focusing on patient-centered care. This role involves conducting psychosocial assessments, developing individualized care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to support patients’ emotional and behavioral well-being. The LCSW will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and patient evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Provide individual and group counseling, including crisis intervention
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Assist patients and families with coping strategies and resource planning
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Advocate for patient needs and connect them with community resources
- Ensure strict confidentiality and adherence to ethical/legal standards
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements & Certifications Experience
Education
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
Licensure
- Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of practice
