We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Master Plumber to lead and execute plumbing projects across residential and commercial construction sites. This energetic professional will oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring all work complies with local building codes and safety standards. Duties
- Lead and supervise plumbing teams on construction sites, ensuring safe and efficient work practices
- Interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install plumbing systems
- Manage plumbing system installation, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial projects
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, and construction regulatory standards
- Perform construction estimating for plumbing scopes of work to support project planning and budgeting
- Conduct building code analysis to verify compliance during all phases of construction
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and heavy lifting to complete tasks effectively
- Coordinate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC to ensure seamless project execution
- Oversee the management of domestic water systems, heavy-duty pipe threading, and pipe assembly processes
- Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, inspections, and compliance reports for project records
- Provide field service support for troubleshooting plumbing issues during construction or remodeling projects
- Ensure proper use of construction plans and schematics to interpret technical details accurately
- Promote a safety-first environment by enforcing safety protocols on-site at all times
Experience
- Valid Master Plumber license with extensive experience in construction plumbing projects
- Proven track record managing plumbing teams on large-scale residential and commercial sites
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, plumbing regulations, and construction standards
- Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and building code analysis
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and HVAC systems as needed
- Experience in construction estimating, project management, and managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Knowledge of mechanical systems related to domestic water supply and HVAC integration is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex installations or repairs
