Licensed Physical Therapist

Northwood Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center a 85-bed facility located in the Springfield, Ohio is in search of a dynamic, energetic, positive individual to fill the role of Physical Therapist.

Ideal Candidate will have

• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination of Registered Physical Therapist
• Current State Licensure or licence eligible
• Responsibility of providing and directing physical therapy services to resints including assessment treatment, program planning and implimentation.
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to adapt trements to meet the individual needs of the resident.
• Participation in resident, family and staff education including discharge planning.
• The quality and appropriateness of the total services delivered and of individual physical therapy programs for effectiveness and efficiency, using predetermined criteria.
