Licensed Practical Nurse

How you’ll make an impact in this role:

• Support high-quality recovery by providing direct patient care and therapeutic services for those recovering from strokes, seizures, and major surgeries under the guidance of our RN and Physician team.
• Contribute to the assessment of patients and assures the well-being of patients.
• Monitor patient stability by vigilantly assessing condition changes and medication reactions, ensuring every patient remains on a safe path toward discharge.
• Administer clinical treatments and medications with precision, maintaining a high standard of safety and comfort for patients with complex medical needs.

What minimum qualifications you’ll need:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
