Job Description
Fash Counseling, Bolingbrook is a growing outpatient group practice seeking a Full Time, Licensed Therapist to join our collaborative clinical team. We provide a full caseload, administrative support, and flexible scheduling so clinicians can focus on client care rather than marketing, billing, or scheduling.
This position is ideal for a therapist who values clinical autonomy, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to grow within a thriving group practice.
Compensation
- Generous split starting depending on caseload stability and role responsibilities and license level
- Additional compensation available for clinical supervision
- Typical full-time clinicians earn approximately $78,000-$110,000 annually depending on caseload
- Bonus opportunities available as the practice continues to grow

- W2 employment for provisionally licensed therapist, which includes the Paid Leave Act Benefit

- We provide a consistent stream of referrals and support clinicians in building a full caseload. Clinicians typically reach a full caseload within their first few months due to our established referral network.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the clinical team when appropriate
- Participate in practice meetings or consultations as needed
Qualifications
- Licensed in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT preferred) (LPC, LSW, ALMFT will be considered)
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Experience providing outpatient therapy preferred
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
