Whether you’re already licensed or willing to become licensed, you’ll receive training, mentorship, and support from experienced professionals as you grow your practice.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with individuals, families, and business owners virtually and/or in person to understand their financial goals and priorities
- Educate clients on financial strategies, including life insurance, retirement planning, wealth protection, and asset accumulation
- Conduct financial needs assessments and help clients identify areas of opportunity
- Present personalized solutions designed to align with clients’ short-term and long-term objectives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing service and support
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and professional relationships
- Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with team members and mentors to support client needs and business growth
- Work toward individual performance goals and leadership development milestones

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old (federally required)
- Must live in the U.S. and be eligible to work here
- Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies)
- Must be willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (we provide guidance and support through the process if not licensed already)
Compensation
Compensation is performance-based and varies based on production, activity level, and experience.
