Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. This role involves both meal preparation and cooking, ensuring that all food is prepared according to our restaurant’s standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, slicing, and measuring as needed.
- Cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling.
- Assist in catering events as required, providing exceptional service and quality.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cook or prep cook role within the food industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with fine dining standards and practices is a plus.
- Proficient knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques are essential.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Experience in catering services is beneficial but not required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Availability to work all shifts, including weekends, and holidays as needed
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
