Lola Rose is looking to grow our team. We are a bustling neighborhood trattoria focusing on coastal Mediterranean food and beverage. We are located in Park Bend in northern Mount Pleasant.
We are open –
- Tuesday – Sunday for dinner
- Friday-Sunday for lunch
- Closed Monday
We are seeking cooks to work either lunch, dinner, or a combination of both.
We are seeking team members of varying skill levels to join our team in the kitchen. The food is centered around wood-fired pizzas, fresh and extruded pastas, salads and small plates, and entrees.

- Saute
Ideal candidates will have a willingness to learn the details of our menu, work with other staff as a tight-knit team, have a passion for interacting with guests in our open kitchen, and a strong desire for the details.
We strive to offer an enjoyable yet demanding environment that relies on the entire team working together.
All skill levels are encouraged to apply, but a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar environment is highly suggested.
