- Monday
– Friday 8 am – 7 pm, weekends 8 am – 4 pm, holidays 8 am – 1 pm - 30 – 35 patients per shift
- Walk-in urgent care setting
- Family practice providers on-site Monday
– Friday - Experience in urgent/walk-in care preferred
- Minimum 5 shifts per week including weekends preferred
- 1.5 miles from local hospital ED
