Responsibilities :
Daily correspondence with clients
Receive and confirm shipping documents received are in compliance with requirements
Data Entry / Produce shipping documents such as Bill of Ladings and AES filing
Coordinate cargo availability and arrange pickup / delivery
Finalize billing
Distribute shipping documents as required
Requirements:
Freight Forwarding experience preferred
Good communication skills
Attention to detail and Highly organized
High School diploma or equivalent
Must possess a strong team work attitude
Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications Compensation based on experience.
