Title: Logistics Coordinator

Company: New York or Nowhere

Logistics Coordinator About the Role

NYON is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our operations team with day-to-day logistics, inventory, and organizational tasks. This is a great entry point for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and eager to learn the ins and outs of merchandise operations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You'll work closely with senior team members on everything from inventory movement to keeping our physical spaces and records in order.

What You'll Do

  • Support ad hoc operational tasks as priorities shift  pulling orders, prepping shipments, running errands between locations, and jumping in wherever the team needs a hand
  • Assist with physical movement of inventory, including receiving, staging, relocating, and organizing product across office and storage spaces
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for storage unit inventory and tracking what's stored where, logging items in/out, and flagging discrepancies
  • Keep the office and storage areas organized, clean, and easy to navigate (labeling, shelving, supply organization)
  • Help track incoming and outgoing shipments and communicate status updates to the team
  • Assist with light data entry and recordkeeping in spreadsheets or inventory systems
  • Support occasional event or activation setup/breakdown as needed (e.g., pop-ups, gifting initiatives)

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, warehouse, retail, or a related field (internships count!)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with physical tasks specifically lifting boxes, moving product, being on your feet
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time across multiple small tasks in a day
  • Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
  • A proactive, "no task too small" attitude and willing to pitch in wherever needed
  • Good communicator who can flag issues early and keep the team in the loop

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with inventory tracking tools or systems
  • Interest in apparel, sports/entertainment merchandise, or licensed product
