Our product line spans ready-to-wear, accessories, and footwear sold through wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels. The Logistics Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of product flows from suppliers to customers. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this role involves close collaboration with planning teams and external partners. The successful candidate will help optimize supply chain processes and support growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Logistics Manager and collaborate on strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Partner with three planning teams to coordinate wholesale, retail, and e-commerce product flow.
  • Support EDI transactions, monitor data accuracy, and liaise with IT and trading partners.
  • Oversee e-commerce fulfillment processes, ensuring timely order processing and delivery.
  • Assist in purchase order management, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers and port authorities to facilitate product imports and ensure compliance.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain service levels.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in fashion or retail.
  • Proficiency with EDI systems and familiarity with order-to-cash processes.
  • Solid understanding of import/export regulations and customs brokerage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with ERP systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
