The Opportunity
We are hiring a high-level Handyman Professional to support luxury residential properties across Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.
You will work inside multimillion-dollar homes where details matter, trust matters, and excuses do not.
This role requires skill, judgment, professionalism, and personal accountability.
You are not here to “help.”
You are here to produce outcomes.
That means identifying problems before they become expensive, protecting the client’s asset, and delivering work that reflects excellence every single time.
You must bring your own tools, your own transportation, and your own standard.

What You Will Do
You will perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventative services including:
- Plumbing repairs (leaks, disposals, toilets, shutoffs)
- Electrical work (switches, outlets, fixtures, ceiling fans)
- Drywall patching, texture, painting, caulking
- TV mounting, artwork installation, shelving, mirrors
- Cabinet repairs and minor carpentry
- Appliance troubleshooting and support
- Preventative maintenance across all major home systems
- Project execution from issues identified during home checks
You will document your work using:
- Jobber
- CompanyCam
- GoIQ CRM

Minimum 5 years of real handyman experience required.
Luxury residential experience is a major advantage.
Background check and references required.
Compensation
$30–$35+ per hour based on experience, capability, and performance.
20–40+ hours per week with strong opportunity for full-time growth.
After-hours and weekend work may be paid at premium rates.
