Machine Operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Machine Operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in Pierceton. This role involves operating CNC machines and secondary equipment, ensuring quality standards through inspection, and maintaining a safe, efficient production environment.

Shift Patterns

• • Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 3:00 pm

Pay Rates

• • 19.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Machine Operator

• • Describe your experience operating CNC machines or other production equipment, including machine types and responsibilities.

• • What measuring tools or gauges have you used for quality inspections?

• • Provide an example of identifying and resolving a quality, machine, or material issue.

• • Describe your experience performing repetitive work while standing for extended periods.

• • Summarize your work history over the past two years, including manufacturing experience, job changes, employment gaps, and attendance record.

Role for Machine Operator

• • Operate CNC machines and secondary equipment safely and efficiently.

• • Inspect parts using gauges and process control plans to meet quality standards.

• • Wash, assemble, and prepare parts for shipment.

• • Deburr parts using handheld or power tools.

• • Document machine processes and prepare production and quality reports.

• • Perform machine-specific TPM requirements and follow 5S initiatives.
