Maintenance Team Lead

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Team Lead to work with a leading manufacturing company in Pierceton. This role is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and leading a skilled team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Shift Patterns

• • Monday through Friday 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm

Pay Rates

• • 26.00 – 32.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Maintenance Team Lead

• • Do you have at least 3-5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)? Please specify years and types of equipment worked on.

• • Do you have prior experience leading or supervising maintenance technicians, including assigning work and holding team members accountable? Please describe this experience.

• • Are you able to independently troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment such as PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems? Please give an example of your experience.

Desirable Requirements for Maintenance Team Lead

• • Do you have experience reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals in a manufacturing environment?

• • Have you previously developed or followed preventive maintenance schedules and ensured compliance with safety standards (OSHA or similar)?

Role for Maintenance Team Lead

• • Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, assigning and prioritizing daily tasks.

• • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• • Perform and oversee preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.

• • Train, mentor, and support team members to drive performance and accountability.

• • Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain accurate maintenance records.
