Onsite Maintenance Technician needed for large apartment community. This is a full time permanent position. Free apartment provided for on call services or within 10 miles of property for extra on call pay. Experience in plumbing, drain snaking, electrical, painting, lawn mowing, snow removal and basic carpentry is preferred.
This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm. We provide health insurance, dental insurance, paid vacation time, personal/sick days and paid holidays. A clean driver’s license is required. A driving record and background check will be performed prior to hire. Hourly wage DOE.
