2. About the Opportunity:
The Manager, Caregiver Engagement Operations is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving the caregiver experience throughout the organization. This role ensures interactions align with the needs and priorities of families, drives consistency across caregiver touchpoints, and leads programs that incorporate caregiver perspectives into organizational decisions. The position plays a key role in advancing trust and satisfaction among caregivers.
3. Responsibilities:
• Own caregiver experience outcomes and Net Promoter Score performance
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define and implement caregiver experience strategies
• Identify experience gaps and lead measurable improvements
• Collect and synthesize caregiver feedback from multiple channels
• Translate insights into operational changes, standards, and workflows
• Partner with clinical, operations, and product teams to enact changes
• Define standards for caregiver interactions and monitor adherence
• Lead the Patient Family Advocacy Council and peer support programs
• Ensure caregiver representation in decision-making forums
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to integrate experience standards into training
• Simplify workflows to reduce burden on teams
• Provide tools, guidance, and feedback mechanisms for staff
• Track and report on indicators related to trust, engagement, and satisfaction
4. Requirements:
• Passion for improving pediatric health care for children with complex medical needs
• 3-5+ years experience in operations, customer experience, or service delivery
• Experience working with Medicaid families and caregivers
• Proven success improving customer or patient experience metrics
• Ability to build and scale processes in a complex, cross-functional environment
• Strong skills in translating qualitative insights into operational improvements
• Healthcare or value-based care experience preferred
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base salary range of $75,000 – $110,000 plus annual bonus incentive
• Eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program
• Compensation determined based on knowledge, skills, and experience
