Workforce Brokers is a fast-growing staffing company with more than 25 years of experience providing workforce solutions for large events, hospitality, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and construction clients across multiple states.

We’re looking for an exceptional Manager of Operations to take ownership of daily operations across assigned customers and projects. This role is responsible for ensuring every customer request is filled, every recruiter is performing at a high level, and every client receives outstanding service.

This is not a desk management position.

You’ll spend your time communicating with recruiters, visiting customer locations, solving operational challenges, building client relationships, and making sure every project runs successfully. If you’re looking for a predictable Monday-through-Friday office job, this position isn’t for you.

What You’ll Do

* Lead the day-to-day operations of your assigned customers and projects.

* Ensure every staffing request is filled quickly with qualified employees.

* Communicate with recruiters throughout the day—coaching, supporting, problem-solving, and holding them accountable for results.

* Travel regularly to customer locations and worksites to support operations and strengthen client relationships.

* Serve as the primary operational contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service, responsiveness, and follow-through.

* Identify staffing shortages, scheduling conflicts, attendance issues, and operational risks before they affect the customer.

* Monitor key operational metrics including fill rates, response times, attendance, customer satisfaction, and service quality.

* Ensure recruiters maintain complete, accurate, and timely compliance within our proprietary EDGE operating system.

* Maintain accurate operational records, reporting, documentation, and workflow management within EDGE.

* Work closely with company leadership to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Who You Are

* You have previous management experience within the staffing industry.

* You understand high-volume staffing operations and know how to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.

* You are exceptionally organized and thrive in fast-paced environments.

* You are highly computer proficient and quickly learn new software platforms.

* You are comfortable working with staffing software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), scheduling platforms, CRMs, and Microsoft Office.

* You communicate confidently with customers, recruiters, and executives alike.

* You solve problems quickly and don’t wait for someone else to take initiative.

* You can prioritize effectively under pressure without losing attention to detail.

* You are willing to travel frequently between customer locations and company offices.

Schedule

Our customers operate around the clock, and so do we.

This position requires flexibility. Evening, weekend, and occasional after-hours work are part of delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Compensation

We believe exceptional performance deserves exceptional compensation.

$80,000 base salary plus a weekly performance-based commission. Our compensation model is designed to reward operational performance and the growth of your assigned territory. Top performers have significant six-figure earning potential. Comprehensive benefits package included.
