Job Description: Bilingual(Mandarin) therapist – Hybrid (Adult & Child)
Position: Clinical therapist Part-Time, Hybrid)
Part-Time, flexible contractor position, with potential for W2 transition

Position Summary
We are looking for a licensed or pre-licensed therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse client population, including adults, children, and families. This is a hybrid position where you will conduct a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions. The ideal candidate will be flexible, eager to learn, and committed to a collaborative model of care. The role requires a clinician who has experience in individual, group, and family therapy and is comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients across the lifespan (children and adults).
- Provide a blend of telehealth and in-person therapy sessions. In-person sessions are in our South Bay area.
- Facilitate therapeutic group sessions on various topics (e.g., anxiety, social skills, parenting, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with our clinic’s psychiatrist and other professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care for shared clients.
- Provide clinical supervision to junior level clinicians including pre-licensed therapists and post-doctoral candidates.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
- Maintain licensure and pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work).
- Proven experience in providing therapy to both adult and child populations.
- Demonstrated experience or strong willingness to lead and facilitate group therapy.
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological tests is highly desirable.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $60 to $100 based on credential and experience.
