Bullseye Industries Inc/Serpent Arms has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Engineer. The position is responsible for fixture design, new part programing, and continual production process improvement. The individual in this position will be responsible for developing and implementing new production processes and standards for new and existing projects by working with our production and quality teams. Experience with SolidWorks and CAM programing software is required.
Bullseye Industries is a production CNC Machine Shop that has been serving its growing list of customers since 1995. Bullseye’s team of 60 employees produce machined components and products for most major markets including, lawn and garden, agriculture, food and beverage, dairy, airgun, and firearms.
Preferred Qualification include:
- 5+ years manufacturing experience
- Leadership experience
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
- Good organizational skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Results driven
1st Shift Monday- Friday
Pay: based on experience
Full benefit package after 60-day probationary period for Full-Time employees. (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with a 4% match, Colonial Life, Flex Spending, PTO after one year.
