Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manufacturing Worker to join our fast-paced M-F 7:00-3:30 manufacturing facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving manufacturing environment while developing your leadership skills and mechanical knowledge.
Duties
- Operate and oversee the use of forklifts, power tools, and hand tools to facilitate assembly and material handling tasks.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of machinery.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Assist with the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of manufacturing machinery to optimize performance.
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports for inventory control and quality assurance purposes.
- Support warehouse functions such as inventory management, shipping, and receiving as needed.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures.
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely within a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
