Job Overview
In this role, you’ll be the trusted resource for customers and technicians by helping them find the right parts and accessories. Whether you’re assisting customers at the counter, over the phone, or supporting our service department, you’ll play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist retail and service customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories.
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Process parts sales accurately and efficiently.
- Price, stock, merchandise, and organize inventory to ensure an attractive and well-maintained parts department.
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
- Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Sales Team to support daily operations.
- Stay current on new products, promotions, and manufacturer updates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the dealership.
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Marine, powersports, or dealership experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
