Picture This Media is a marketing agency specializing in video production, digital and social media marketing, and website development. We partner with clients to execute marketing initiatives that drive real results.
The Role
We're looking for a driven, self-starter Marketing Coordinator to join our small, high-impact team. You'll be the organizational backbone of our client relationships, working directly with our leadership to understand client needs, coordinate with our creative team, and keep every project moving smoothly from concept to execution. A big part of this role is owning the systems that get the right work to the right people quickly—so projects move without friction. This is not a support role—it's a leadership role in a small company.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication and coordination
· Build and own the systems, briefs, and processes that let work move quickly and cleanly to the right members of our creative team
· Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs for our designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative talent
· Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team coordination to ensure on-time, on-brand execution
· Schedule and oversee social media content, digital campaigns, and web updates
· Track project status, flag issues early, and keep stakeholders informed
· Maintain organized systems for client information, assets, and campaign documentation
· Collaborate across our creative team to execute marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For
· Two to three years of experience in a coordinator, administrative, or client-facing marketing role
· A problem-solver who can take a goal and figure out the "how" independently—we need someone who solves for X, not someone who needs a paint-by-numbers plan
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait for direction
· Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects without losing track
· Comfort with tools like Microsoft Office, GMB, and similar platforms
· Familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Suite a plus
· A hunger to grow—this role is a launchpad for account management, project leadership, or whatever path you want to build
