Our client, an American retailer that owns and operates 4 brands that are well known, is looking for someone to join their team as a Marketing Coordinator. This role is fully remote!
This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits offered
In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing customer-facing messaging campaigns across SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging. You'll play a key role in delivering promotional campaigns for both the U.S. and Canada, ensuring every campaign launches accurately, on time, and aligns with business objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
- Partner cross-functionally with brand, creative, merchandising, and vendor teams to coordinate, schedule, deploy, and manage approval workflows for SMS, Push Notification, and In-App messaging campaigns.
- Own campaign execution from intake through launch, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business requirements are consistently met.
- Coordinate the delivery of creative assets and ensure all campaign components are accurate and production-ready.
- Configure and validate campaign links, promotional offers, exclusions, and legal disclosures.
- Perform comprehensive quality assurance (QA) testing, including messaging content, links, promo codes, targeting, and overall customer experience.
- Track campaign progress, communicate status updates, and proactively identify and resolve issues before launch.
- Support campaign execution across U.S. and Canada markets, including coordination of translations and market-specific requirements.
- Troubleshoot campaign or promotional issues and partner with stakeholders to resolve them quickly.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, campaign processes, and team efficiencies.
- Contribute to documentation of standard operating procedures and best practices for campaign execution and quality assurance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, marketing operations, interactive production, project management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and solve problems independently.
- Experience balancing competing priorities while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SMS, Push Notification, and/or In-App messaging platforms, including an understanding of campaign production and deployment workflows.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
