Marketing Coordinator / Campaign Executive (High Volume, Fast-Paced)

Location: Remote (US-based), with optional access to office hubs in Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX for collaboration days, workshops, or team sessions (typically 2 to 4 times per month, not mandatory)

Salary: $50,000 to $65,000

This is a high-volume marketing role where pace matters. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a large number of campaigns across multiple channels, working closely with senior marketers while owning execution end to end.

What the role looks like:

You will sit at the center of campaign execution, making sure ideas actually get delivered, on time and to a high standard.

Day to day, this includes:

  • Coordinating and launching marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital channels
  • Managing campaign timelines, assets, and approvals to keep everything moving
  • Writing and editing marketing copy for emails, ads, and landing pages
  • Working with design and content teams to produce campaign materials
  • Setting up campaigns in marketing platforms and ensuring everything is tested before launch
  • Monitoring live campaigns and making adjustments where needed
  • Reporting on performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Supporting multiple campaigns at once, often with overlapping deadlines

You will also play a key role in keeping things organized and efficient:

  • Maintaining campaign calendars and tracking progress across initiatives
  • Ensuring consistency in messaging and brand tone across channels
  • Identifying where processes can be streamlined to handle higher volume more effectively
  • Supporting cross-functional coordination across marketing, sales, and product teams

What we are looking for:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing or campaign-focused role
  • Experience working across email, social media, or digital marketing channels
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Good written communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • A proactive mindset, someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for direction

Useful experience (but not essential):

  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics and reporting
  • Experience working with content or design teams
