About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary and highly strategic Marketing Director to spearhead our Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives in the United States. As a key local leader, you will be responsible for positioning our brand as a category leader in the premium lifestyle and fragrance space. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned marketing executive with deep roots in the US market to build, scale, and drive a next-generation brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- GTM Strategy & Brand Positioning: Develop and execute robust Go-to-Market strategies tailored specifically to the U.S. market, ensuring our brand is positioned as a definitive category leader.
- Integrated Marketing Plans: Create and oversee comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plans that seamlessly integrate digital, social, experiential, and traditional touchpoints to drive brand awareness and conversion.
- Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights: Conduct deep-dive market research to analyze emerging trends, competitor activities, and American consumer nuances. Translate these insights into actionable strategies that optimize brand positioning.
- Campaign Leadership: Direct end-to-end execution of high-impact marketing campaigns. Own the budgeting, performance tracking, and ROI reporting to ensure data-driven success.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and cultivate strategic partnerships, media alliances, and influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach and resonate deeply with our target audience.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the central hub, collaborating closely with content, creative, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless alignment on marketing objectives and flawless brand storytelling.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record of leading successful product launches and GTM strategies in the U.S. market.
- Industry Pedigree: Strong background in lifestyle, fashion, premium beauty, or fragrance sectors is highly preferred.
- Cultural Fluency: Deep understanding of the American consumer market, cultural nuances, and local media landscapes. A true "Local Face" with established networks.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Leadership & Project Management: Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage complex projects and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Superb verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating brand vision compellingly to diverse stakeholders.
