Marketing-Head of Events Jobs in New York, NY at Hypha

Title: Marketing-Head of Events

Company: Hypha

Location: New York, NY

Head of Events

New York City, hybrid, 4 days onsite

About Hypha

Hypha is an AI-native platform transforming asset management across the full lifecycle—acquisition, management, and exit. Focused on healthcare facilities and multifamily real estate, we’re revolutionizing the industry through three key pillars:

  • Observability: Providing real-time visibility into asset performance, deal progress, and market conditions for all stakeholders
  • Intelligence: Enabling AI-driven multidimensional optimization with risk scores, tax strategies, and benchmarking
  • Orchestration: Creating seamless workflows and a single source of truth to eliminate inefficiencies

Role Overview

We are hiring a Head of Events to bring the Hypha brand to life. This person will design and produce the experiences that make our brand tangible: intimate dinners, exclusive gatherings, flagship moments, third-party trade shows, and thoughtful direct mail campaigns that reach the right people in memorable ways. This is a senior individual-contributor role with significant ownership and visibility, working closely with leadership, sales, and marketing.

We sell to a discerning audience: senior investors, credit officers, and principals who value judgment, taste, and trust as much as technology. Every experience should demonstrate that Hypha has the knowledge, discernment, and taste to be a trusted partner to the most sophisticated firms in commercial real estate and private credit. Done well, these moments deepen relationships with customers, build conviction in prospects, and establish Hypha as a brand industry leaders want to be associated with.

Core Competencies

  • End-to-End Events Ownership: Own the Hypha events strategy from concept to flawless execution across dinners, exclusive experiences, and signature brand moments
  • Brand and Taste: Design experiences that reflect Hypha’s judgment and discernment, choosing the right venues, formats, guests, and details so every touchpoint reinforces credibility with a sophisticated audience
  • Guest and Pipeline Strategy: Build and run a guest strategy in partnership with sales and leadership, ensuring the right prospects, customers, and industry leaders are in the room
  • Project and Budget Management: Manage vendors, venues, budgets, and timelines while holding a high standard for quality, delivering on time and on budget
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing to tie events into broader campaigns, content, and follow-up so that each moment compounds rather than stands alone
  • Physical Brand Campaigns: Conceive and produce direct mail and physical brand campaigns that surprise, delight, and stay top of mind with high-value recipients

Ideal Candidate

  • You have a track record of producing high-end, brand-defining events and experiences, ideally for a discerning or executive audience
  • You have exceptional taste and attention to detail, with strong instincts for what feels premium, considered, and authentic versus generic or overproduced
  • You understand how events drive pipeline and revenue and you partner naturally with sales and leadership to get the right people in the room
  • You are an outstanding project manager, comfortable owning budgets, vendors, logistics, and timelines without dropping the quality bar
  • You can work with senior internal leaders and impress sophisticated external guests
  • You are based in or able to work from our New York City office

What Sets You Apart

  • Familiarity with commercial real estate, private credit, financial services, or selling to senior investors and executives
  • Experience in AI-native software, financial services, or data-heavy workflows
  • Early-stage startup experience, especially building a program from zero to one
  • Experience working directly with executives and C-suite stakeholders on high-visibility brand moments
  • Experience building repeatable event systems and playbooks, not just one-off productions

Why Join Hypha

  • Be at the cutting edge of applied AI in commercial real estate
  • Have large scope and massive impact as an early senior hire
  • Work directly with the leadership team with high visibility from day one
  • Clear path to building and leading a team as the program grows
  • Competitive compensation: $200,000–$250,000 base salary plus equity

If you are ready to own how a well-funded, fast-growing company shows up in the world and to turn taste and judgment into measurable business results, we want to hear from you.
