Location: US – Remote
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 base +30% bonus + equity
Edison Smart is working with a leading innovator in smart home security technology, seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive subscription growth, customer acquisition, and retention across its connected services ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience across growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, or brand marketing within a subscription-based business.
- Proven success driving customer acquisition and retention.
- Experience in hardware + subscription services
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance and customer data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
