Duties
- Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs, 30 minute massage to 90 minute massages
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans
- Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions
- Educate clients on pain management strategies and occupational health practices to support their ongoing wellness goals
- Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic policies
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns
Experience
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to therapeutic massage
- Experience with patient service, assessment, and customized treatment planning
- Experience preferred, but the right personality and willingness to go is highly valued
