The Role
This is a hands-on fabrication and assembly position — not entry level. You’ll be the experienced person in the shop, building professional-grade spray rigs from the ground up using raw materials and quality components. If you know your way around a MIG welder, can route fluid hoses cleanly, and take pride in a well-built machine, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Fabricating spray rig frames and assemblies from raw steel stock
- Installing and plumbing fluid pumps, tanks, hoses, and fittings
- Running 12-volt electrical systems (switches, solenoids, wiring)
- MIG welding structural and finish components
- Working with small engines and PTO-driven equipment
- Reading shop drawings and parts diagrams
- Operating shop equipment: metal saw, drill press, grinders, and hand/air tools
- Keeping your work area clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
Technical:
- Solid MIG welding experience (this is a must)
- Hands-on fabrication with steel — measuring, cutting, fitting, finishing
- Familiarity with fluid systems: pumps, hoses, fittings, etc.
- 12-volt electrical experience
- Small engine or mechanical equipment experience
- Ability to read drawings and parts diagrams

- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication; able to take and give direction
- Takes ownership of your work and your tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to lift 50 lbs
