Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Greet and prepare patients for consultations and treatments
- Assist with medical histories and ensure patient comfort throughout visits
- Deliver a seamless, high-touch concierge experience
Clinical Assistance
- Support medical providers during examinations and procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and manage medical instruments and supplies
- Assist during in-office treatments and therapies
Laboratory Duties
- Perform basic lab functions, including specimen collection
- Manage lab inventory and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety standards
Front Desk & Administrative Support
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs
- Schedule appointments and handle inbound phone calls
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EHR systems
Patient Education
- Provide clear instructions on follow-up care, medications, and lifestyle recommendations as directed by the provider
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification preferred
- Prior experience in a medical office or clinical setting
- Proficiency with front desk operations, scheduling, and EHR systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
- Interest or experience in sexual health, hormone therapy, weight management, or anti-aging services is a plus
