About the Practice
CLI Vascular Specialists is a growing outpatient vascular practice focused on treating venous disease, peripheral arterial disease, and complex vascular conditions.
We are in a high-growth phase, rebuilding our systems, team, and workflows with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and patient care.
This is not a passive role and not a typical medical assistant position.
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant who can operate in a fast-paced, structured environment and support both clinic flow and in-office procedures.
This role is heavily focused on execution, follow-through, and consistency. You will play a key role in maintaining clinic efficiency and supporting vein procedures performed in the office.
This position is best suited for individuals who take pride in their work, value professionalism, and thrive in a structured, high-expectation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Room patients efficiently and obtain accurate vitals
- Prepare charts and ensure documentation is complete
- Assist with in-office vein procedures (setup, support, turnover)
- Assist with basic wound care and post-procedure patient support
- Maintain clean and organized procedure rooms
- Provide clear patient instructions (pre- and post-procedure)
- Assist with prior authorizations and clinical workflow tasks
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed fully and accurately
- Cross-train in both clinical and front desk workflows to support patient flow and maintain team accountability
What This Role Requires
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks fully (not partially)
- Comfort assisting with procedures, needles, and vascular patients
- Ability to follow structured workflows and systems
- Strong computer skills, including EMR use and ability to work within communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack)
- Professional, respectful communication with patients, staff, and physician
- Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and maintain high standards
- Consistent reliability, punctuality, and accountability
This Role Is NOT For
- Candidates who prefer a slow-paced or low-responsibility environment
- Individuals who need constant direction or supervision
- Those uncomfortable with procedures, wounds, or hands-on clinical work
- Candidates who struggle with organization, follow-through, or accountability
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years experience as a Medical Assistant (private practice preferred)
- Experience with procedures, wound care, or vascular patients is a plus
- Prior authorization experience is a plus
Compensation
- $18–20/hour (based on experience)

- Must be able to travel between both locations
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
