Medical Courier Dispatcher Jobs in Chantilly, VA at Stat Experts
Stat Experts is a medical courier service supporting the DC metro area — Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. We’re hiring multiple dispatchers to coordinate our fleet of on-demand and routed drivers. This is a full-time role with real advancement potential and benefits
Our dispatch team keeps time-sensitive medical deliveries moving. If you stay organized under pressure, communicate clearly, and likes coordinating solutions that makes a difference in thousands of patients health every day.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $20–$24/hr, depending on experience
- Schedule: Full-time; day and night shifts available
- Weekends: Mandatory in-office rotation of two six-hour weekend shifts per month (that pays double the regular hourly rate).
What You’ll Do
- Dispatch job orders to couriers and keep the fleet running smoothly
- Research, plan, and analyze route pickups for efficiency
- Monitor workload and make sure pickups and deliveries happen on time
- Follow up on issues with pickups and deliveries and resolve them quickly
- Help onboard, train, and support the driver fleet
What We’re Looking For
Required
- One year of on-demand dispatch experience
- Working knowledge of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Background in courier, medical, or logistics operations
