Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operator I to support the assembly and production of high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom environment. This role involves working with small components, following standardized procedures, and maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, testing, and inspection of medical device components
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
- Handle small parts using tools and microscopes
- Maintain accurate documentation for all production activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in medical device assembly or manufacturing
- Experience working under a microscope
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments
- Basic soldering or assembly experience
Work Environment:
- Cleanroom setting with strict safety and quality standards
- Onsite role in Irvine, CA
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
