Pay & Schedule
Starting Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour (based on experience)
Grow your pay quickly!
We believe in rewarding great performance.
Eligible team members receive:
- $0.50/hour increase after 90 days
- Another $0.50/hour increase after 180 days
That means many new team members earn $17.00-$18.00/hour within their first six months, followed by annual performance reviews and merit increases.
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
Schedule varies based on branch needs.
About the Role
As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face our members know and trust.
You’ll assist members with their everyday financial needs while providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
This position is part of our multi-branch member service team and regularly serves members at our Port Clinton, Oak Harbor, and Elmore branches. Schedules are provided in advance, and travel between our nearby branch locations is a normal part of this role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and learning multiple aspects of branch operations.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome members and provide exceptional service in person and over the phone
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other member transactions
- Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance
- Recommend products and services that genuinely help members achieve their financial goals
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer while following security and dual-control procedures
- Support teammates across multiple branch locations as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and protect member information
- Contribute to a positive, professional, team-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of cash handling experience
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work from our Port Clinton, Oak Harbor, and Elmore branches as scheduled
- Strong attendance, dependability, and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
Preferred
- Banking or financial services experience
- Experience opening accounts or cross-selling financial products
- Familiarity with fraud prevention and financial software
