Role Overview

Lyra Care Therapy
, blends live video sessions with between‑session digital psychoeducation and customizable skill‑building tools. As a full‑time Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will deliver short‑term, evidence‑based treatment via live video from your home or preferred setting, support a diverse caseload, and use digital lessons to enhance client learning and monitor outcomes.
Daily Responsibilities
- Provide evidence‑based video therapy with a caseload of diverse clinical needs.
- Assign digital lessons, videos and assessments to clients and monitor progress between sessions.
- Deliver culturally responsive care that recognizes the impact of clients’ cultural backgrounds.
Regular Responsibilities
- Attend one‑on‑one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
- Conduct peer‑based quality assurance reviews.
- Participate in robust training to enhance clinical skills.
- Access expert consultation for complex clients.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Unrestricted license: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or equivalent, with the ability to work independently and no current, past or pending disciplinary action.
- Experience and commitment to evidence‑based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement‑based care).
- Ability to manage risk and respond to clinical crises.
- Experience providing telehealth therapy (video preferred but not required).
- Proficiency with live video tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Doxy Me, Skype).
- Maintain a full clinical caseload of adults and/or adolescents (≈30 bookable calendar spots per week).

The anticipated starting base salary for a full‑time Licensed Mental Health Therapist is $70,000 annually, with variable compensation and comprehensive benefits. We do not require a cover letter to be considered.
