Job Overview
We are hiring motivated, bilingual (English and Spanish) Sales Representatives and Store Managers to join our growing Metro by T-Mobile locations.
This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential for individuals who are competitive, reliable, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with activations, upgrades, and plan changes
- Promote Metro by T-Mobile products, accessories, and services
- Drive sales for devices, accessories, and home internet
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Managers will be responsible for team performance and store KPIs
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Retail or sales experience preferred; wireless experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
- Goal-oriented with a focus on sales performance
Compensation
- Hourly pay starting at $16 or higher based on experience
- Uncapped commission and performance bonuses
