We are seeking individuals who are interested in helping our customers who have experienced property damage due to fire, water, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Emergency Restoration Xperts (ERX) is a fast-growing company providing superior emergency property restoration services restoring structural and personal property caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions. Customer service is an important part of who we are and the type of environment we foster through our company.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and implement appropriate mitigation procedures, as necessary, and following up as required to assure excellent customer service.
- Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes
- Complete all necessary paperwork when providing customer service
- Working with your direct supervisor to ensure the team is unified and efficient
- Be able to interact with customers in disaster response activities
- Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
- Always leaving job sites with a clean and orderly appearance

- Maintain a professional, positive attitude and appearance at all times
- Use good decision-making practices in doing what is right for the company
Qualifications:
- Experience in the restoration industry is desired, but not required
- Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines
- A background check will be performed, candidates with felony convictions will not be considered.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficient in the use of a computer
- Basic "carpentry" skills are desired
- Demolition experience is desired
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time
- Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets, and equipment
- Proficient in the use of a computer
