Norberto’s Piano Bar & Lounge is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixologist/Server to join our team. This dual-role position requires a passion for craft cocktails, excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, entertainment-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted cocktails and beverages with consistency and creativity
- Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar and in the dining area
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and work station at all times
- Accurately take food and drink orders and deliver them promptly
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and restocking
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and vibrant guest experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a mixologist and/or server in an upscale or fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques, spirits, wine, and beer
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to work evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of POS systems and health/safety regulations
