Job Overview
We are a newly renovated Nail Salon located in Hinsdale and looking for several experienced Female Nail Technicians.
As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our clients. Your expertise in nail art, sanitation practices, and customer service will ensure that every client leaves feeling pampered and satisfied. You will also have the opportunity to recommend additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and creativity
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations
- Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend appropriate products
- Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs
- Upsell additional services such as waxing
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design and techniques
- Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement nail services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon atmosphere
Skills
- Proficient in color theory and its application in nail art
- Strong customer service skills to create an inviting experience for clients
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe environment
- Background in cosmetology or related field preferred
- Expertise in various nail care techniques and treatments
- experience in waxing is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
