We are seeking qualified applicants for our National Account Manager Team to serve as business development specialists within the Task Force Team. National Account Managers report to the Director of Task Force. In this role, you will directly solicit accounts within targeted Key Accounts, as assigned. You will prospect new accounts and maintain and grow relationships with current clients. National Account Managers serve as the principal liaison between Carver Hotel Group and Carver consultants.

Responsibilities
Identifies key accounts
Responds to all client inquiries and needs with urgency and professionalism
Assigns task force consultants
Documents activity in our CRM, Sales Force
Achieves and exceeds all monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and activity goals
Responds to all inbound inquiries and requests within 24 hours
Acts as the liaison between consultants and clients, ensuring clients’ requirements are met
Ensure brand consistency
Assist all potential and currently active consultants with navigation of the Carver Community portal in Sales Force
Attend Daily Business Review meetings, monitoring at all times what consultants may be available for any needs that arise
Skills
Past work experience as a national account manager in the hospitality industry
A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a hotel setting in a management role
Excellent familiarity with all roles/disciplines within a hotel setting
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer service
Demonstrable expertise in negotiating and meeting client’s requirements
In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
Hands on experience with a CRM, ideally Sales Force
Excellent analytical and organizational aptitude
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in interviewing, qualifying, and temporary staffing
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
