What You’ll Do
• Take ownership of established national/key accounts with existing revenue
• Maintain and strengthen executive-level relationships
• Identify expansion opportunities within current customers
• Sell value — not price — in a competitive manufacturing environment
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction
• Manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Compensation
• Base Salary: $150K
• OTE: $250K+
• Remote role with national scope
What We’re Looking For
• Proven success managing and growing large, complex accounts
• Strong relationship builder — able to earn trust quickly with existing clients
• Experience navigating enterprise or multi-location customers
• Commercial mindset — understands margins, volume, and long-term deals
• Ability to balance account protection with growth strategy
• Manufacturing, furniture, or adjacent industry experience is a plus
