Newly Licensed Community Association Manager Jobs in Maitland at Vista Cam
Our portfolio is growing, and Vista Community Association Management is looking for a newly licensed community association manager to grow with us! The responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
- Must have active Florida Community Association Manager License (if no active FL CAM License, need not apply). Real Estate License or Certified Property Management licenses do not apply to this position.
- Provide executive direction of day to day and long-term operations of the association
- Guide the Board of Directors on the association’s fiscal matters
- Review studies, reports and correspondence related to the operation of the association
- Be familiar and knowledgeable of the association’s governing documents
- Ensure that the policies, resolutions and other acts of the board are carried out
- Assist accounting with the preparation of the association’s annual budget
- Negotiate all association contracts, subject to the board’s approval
- Management of the association, including planning, organizing and assigning work, delegation of authority and accountability management
- Ensure compliance with architectural and design covenants

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
