Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Monitor security cameras, perform routine safety inspections, and report any irregularities or incidents to management.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, shift reports, and incident logs to ensure seamless communication between shifts.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems, preparing reports, and supporting front desk operations as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on front desk duties.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities that facilitate communication with diverse guests.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software, reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
- Familiarity with guest relations practices and hotel safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
