About the Role
We are seeking dedicated, strong, and compassionate leaders to join our growing team as Live-In House Managers within our sober living residences.
This is more than a job — it is an opportunity to change lives, build community, and provide stability, structure, and leadership for individuals in early recovery.
As a Live-In House Manager, you will serve as the foundation of the home by maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment where residents can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, structured, and recovery-focused home environment
- Enforce house rules, expectations, and program guidelines consistently
- Conduct resident intakes and orientations within 24 hours
- Monitor and document resident compliance, including curfew, chores, meetings, and behavior
- Perform routine house checks for cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Oversee medication storage and accountability procedures
- Encourage participation in meetings, activities, and recovery programs
- Assist with transportation coordination for appointments, interviews, and meetings
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with leadership and clinical teams
- Respond calmly and professionally during emergencies
Qualifications
- Experience in recovery, behavioral health, or a related field preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and boundary-setting skills
- Ability to manage conflict and de-escalate situations
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Willing and able to live on-site and remain available as needed
- Valid driver’s license required
