Nurse Extern Yuma Hourly Jobs in Yuma at Haven Health Group
The Unlicensed Nurse Extern (UNE) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to learn quality, holistic nursing care in accordance with nursing practice standards and health care regulations that govern the practice of professional nursing. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), this position will allow the nursing student within one year from graduation with a Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing, the ability to expand their clinical experience.
> Currently enrolled in a board-approved or accredited nursing program recognized by U.S jurisdiction, in good standing, who has completed their first clinical rotation OR a graduate from a Board-approved or accredited nursing program waiting to take NCLEX.
> Active, Class-Instructed CPR Certification
> Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
> Tuberculosis Testing
> Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
> Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
> Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
